- Requires a 8x24 with DR5 or DR5.1 software.
- Not compatible with older versions of software.
- Displays incoming caller information directly on to the Norstar telephone, when Caller ID service is active on the line from local phone company.
- This unit provides Caller ID information for only the 8 trunks pre-installed in the 8x24 KSU.
- It does not provided Caller ID for trunk cards that are installed in the expansion trunk modules.
- For Caller ID services on trunk modules, Caller ID trunk cards are required and are sold separately.
