- Direct Inward Dialling (DID) cartridge routes calls from the public network directly to Norstar sets, bypassing an attendant, reducing traffic to the central answering position.
- All cartridges support disconnect supervision.
- Supports CMS/CLASS services.
- Provides access for up to four (4) CO lines. DID trunking is supported on the Modular 8x24 and Modular ICS (MICS) systems but not supported on the 3x8 or CICS system.
- Compatible with the Modular ICS Fibre Trunk Module and the Modular 8x24 Copper Trunk Module.
